Due to the nature of the product we are unable to accept any returns/exchanges for sanitary reasons. If you received a damaged and/or incorrect item(s), please email us. In the event that your item(s) is damaged and/or incorrect, we will be happy to replace it for you. Please email us within 10 days of receiving your item(s), we cannot process any requests after 10 days.

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing , and 3-5 business days for shipping (may be shipped earlier). Please allow an additional 2-3 business days during sales and promotions.
NATIONAL HOLIDAYS ARE NOT INCLUDED.
